Personalized Consultation Process:
After submitting your request, our admissions team will contact you to arrange a 30-minute phone or video consultation at your convenience to discuss your goals, program details and application process. Simply indicate your preferred contact method (phone/zoom) and general availability window in your application form.
Step 3:
Collect your application documents and submit to:
Document check list:
✓ personal statement (500-words)
✓ 2 professional references
✓ Proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL/equivalent)
✓ Signed medical disclosure form (template)
✓ Outdoor certifications (if applicable)
Step 4:
Upon acceptance into the Adventure Guide Training Program, a €250 confirmation fee is due within 14 calendar days of your acceptance date to confirm your enrollment and secure your program placement. Detailed payment instructions will be sent to the email address used in your application.
Step 5:
You will receive a letter of confirmation that you are in enrolled in the Adventure Guide Program after payment of the confirmation fee.
