Christine Lynch is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in recreation program development and community engagement. She has successfully managed complex outdoor programs across academic, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. As Experiences Field Supervisor at REI Puget Sound, she supervised field operations, launched multi-day programs in challenging environments, and collaborated with cross-divisional teams nationwide to ensure cohesive program execution.

Christine's comprehensive background includes roles as an interpretive park ranger in Alberta's Kananaskis Country, wilderness instructor with North Cascades Institute, and outdoor program manager at University of Washington Bothell. Her experience includes launching multi-day programs in remote locations, increasing participant engagement, and implementing inclusive recruitment practices. At ECAT, Christine serves as an instructor and program development specialist, bringing her extensive field experience and operational expertise to help develop scalable, inclusive outdoor leadership programs.
