A UIAGM/IFMGA/AMGA/ACMG certified Mountain & Ski Guide, Jorg Wilz is the founder and owner of OnTop Mountaineering, one of Canada's most successful mountain guiding companies with operations spanning both Western Canada and the European Alps. He holds additional certifications as a CAA Level 3 avalanche forecaster. His expertise has been recognized internationally, including appointments by the UIAA Expedition Commission to lead International Mountaineering Camps in Pakistan and China. Before establishing OnTop Mountaineering in Canmore, Canada, Jorg worked in international business consulting, holding both a graduate business degree and CPA diploma. He has also guided for Canadian Mountain Holidays as a heli-ski guide for over 25 seasons. At ECAT, Jorg brings his extensive mountain experience and business acumen as an advisory board member and special presenter.
