Kirby Redwood (Saulteaux-Cree), CEO of Calgary-based Miskanawah ("Pathways" in Cree), integrates Indigenous teachings and Elder guidance into community services. A seasoned leader in justice, education, and social services, he holds a BA in Justice Studies, MA in Leadership, and MBA, advocating for hybrid models that honor traditional ways of being alongside formal education.

His philosophy of creating "ethical space" between Indigenous and Western worldviews informs ECAT's advisory work, where he guides the integration of traditional ecological knowledge into global sustainability frameworks.
