Tuva Kirkerud is an experienced outdoor professional with almost a decade of work in nature-based education and leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and has dedicated much of her career to working with children and youth in outdoor settings.

Tuva holds an Adventure Sport Certificate, is certified as an IRIA instructor and holds a wilderness first aid instructor certification. She has instructed Swift Water Rescue courses for Adventure Guide Certificate students in Iceland and teach Wilderness First Aid programs through Sierra Rescue and Wilderness First Aid Nordic in Norway.

Based in southern Norway, Tuva brings together her expertise in health, social work, and adventure education to foster safety, wellbeing, and meaningful connection through outdoor experiences.
